The Ultimate Home Comfort Plan is our all-inclusive offering, providing bumper-to-bumper coverage and the highest level of service. This plan is ideal for homeowners who want complete peace of mind and maximum equipment longevity.

Two (2) Annual Comprehensive Tune-Ups:
One (1) thorough A/C system tune-up with coil cleaning in the spring.
One (1) thorough furnace/heating system tune-up with safety inspection and carbon monoxide test in the fall.
Highest Priority Scheduling: Emergency service within 24 hours guaranteed.
20% Discount on Repairs: Maximum savings on all repair parts and labor.
Discounted Overtime Charges: Enjoy discounted rates for after-hours or weekend service calls.
FREE Standard Filter Replacements: We provide and replace standard MERV-8 filters during scheduled tune-ups.
Diagnostic Fee Waived: No charge for diagnosing issues.
Blower Motor Cleaning: Included annually with one of the tune-ups.
Refrigerant Leak Search (Minor): Included during A/C tune-up if pressure is low.
Annual Water Heater Tune-Up: Inspection and flush for one standard water heater.

Service Appointments: It is the customer's responsibility to schedule appointments. We will send reminders.
System Eligibility: Systems must be in good working order at the time of agreement signing or repaired to good working order prior to service commencement.
Non-Transferable: Agreements are for the specified address and are non-transferable to other properties. They can be transferred to a new homeowner at the same address.
Exclusions: Agreements do not cover refrigerant, compressors, heat exchangers, or major components that fail due to age or neglect prior to enrollment. Significant repairs, refrigerant additions beyond minor top-offs, and replacements are extra, though members receive discounts.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust annual agreement prices with 30 days' written notice prior to renewal.
Emergency Service: Our goal is to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible, with priority given to plan members.
Customer Responsibilities: Maintain clear access to HVAC equipment, ensure pets are secured, and notify us of any issues promptly.
